PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Cake Eye Liner Sealer is an innovative product created especially for mastering the art of eye liner! Cake Eye Liner Sealer fixes the applied eye liner, enhances its durability and improves its water resistance. The sealer should be applied thinly over the eye liner after it has dried. This sealer can also be directly applied to line the eyelid: the brush is first wet with Cake Eye Liner Sealer and the moist brush is then used to apply Cake Eye Liner over the top.
DIRECTIONS:
Scrape the surface of Cake Eye Liner with the Make-up Spatula onto the Blending Plate. Add a drop of Cake Eyeliner Sealer and mix into a creamy consistency before applying to the eyes. Alternatively apply the Cake Eye Liner with water and once dry carefully apply the Cake Eye Liner Sealer with a fine brush over the top of the liner.
